Outbound traffic:

These addresses are requested on TCP port 443 or, for older versions of Windows, on TCP port 80.

  • licenseapi.dl-files.com (93.88.241.55) - to check the license
  • dl-files.com (83.166.153.206) - mainly used to check the TSplus Remote Access kernel (svcmain) version and update it
  • update.dl-files.com (83.166.153.206) - to update TSplus

Inbound traffic:

If you have the Remote Access Web Mobile or Enterprise editions, the HTTP and HTTPS ports should be allowed through your firewall (default TCP/UDP 80 and TCP/UDP 443)By default, users can connect to the Remote Access server over HTTP/HTTPS using any available connection method, including RDP, RemoteApp, and the HTML5 client. Your RDP port (default 3389) does not need to be opened on your firewall when using these editions.

However, if you are using the Desktop edition of Tsplus Remote Access, the RDP port (default TCP/UDP 3389) must be open, as it is the only port available for client connections.

If you have multiple TSplus Remote Access servers in a farm configuration, TCP Ports 19955 and 19956 need to be open between your gateway and application servers.
