To reset the TSplus AdminTool PIN code / password, proceed as following:: 


  1. open a registry editor by clicking on execute / regedit,

  2. then locate the following registry key : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Digital River\hashes

  3. delete the admp key and save.


As seen here, the Value data is "hashed", to improve security.
